Automatic Spring Bed Net Production Line
NOBO-ZD-100S

Application& Technical Data:
The NOBO-ZD-100S is a CNC automatic production line of the bed frame of the Bonell springs that is developed by our company.It can make the bed frame from the wire directly.When the machine is working,after numerical controling to adjust,then the machine can form the spring shape,knot the both two sides,heat treat and whole column output.All the datas of the spring can be adjusted by the touch screen of the computer and no need to adjust the mechanical cam system.When the springs are done,there is a automatic feeding system to make the springs in line and push the whole line to the assembler,and then assemble the springs from above and bottom at the same time.The assembly wire can be auto-cutted and auto-clamped at the both end sides.The Direction of the spring knots are adjustable.Have some options for the spring knots direction.Option 1,all in the same direction.Option 2,direction knot to knot.Option 3,one in positive direction and one in negative direction.Afer all,the machine have the remote assitance by network that can help to check the error and monitor the datas.
